UHL launches Alpha H2 to support the hydrogen ICE industry

United H2 Limited (UHL) has launched Alpha H2 Limited to supply hydrogen injection kits to reduce fuel costs and emissions for internal combustion engines (ICEs).

Alpha H2’s hydrogen injection kits are expected to reduce fuel and costs by up to 20%, exhaust emissions by 50%, and improve a vehicle’s power by up to 25%, with heavy-duty vehicles such as trucks and buses being the target.

The company has received its first set of hydrogen injection kits and is now working with several pilot customers to deliver the first installations in Australia. The hydrogen will be produced via electrolysers onboard, where hydrogen is injected into the engine to replace the fuel.
