Scottish hydrogen vehicle manufacturer HVS has announced a majority acquisition of engineering solutions provider Mage Control Systems.
HVS says the acquisition will greatly enhance its vehicle R&D as it prepares its hydrogen fuel cell heavy goods vehicle (HGV) tractor unit for production.
