At Hyvolution 2024, Vallourec has launched its new hydrogen storage solution Delphy to meet the increasing demand for the fuel.
The solution will store gaseous hydrogen, stored in pipe assemblies, with the vertical subsurface being up to 100 metres and 330 feet deep.
Capable of storing from one to 100 tonnes of hydrogen, the solution will also be available up to 500 bar and therefore it can be utilised by hydrogen refuelling stations.
