Woods will use its hydrogen plant technology in collaboration with Honeywell to create a true carbon-neutral sustainable aviation fuel.
Revealed today (Sept 23), the collaboration will support the creation of sustainable aviation fuel by incorporating a range of technologies into Honeywell’s UOP Ecofining process technology.
Wood’s hydrogen technology will produce renewable hydrogen from by-products of the UOP Ecofining process technology with the hydrogen then injected back into the Ecofining process to remove feed impurities and create a cleaner burning renewable fuel.
