Wystrach to provide plug-and-play hydrogen refuelling solutions for the H2goesRail project

German rail operator Deutsche Bahn has selected Wystrach to develop a plug-and-play hydrogen refuelling station to support the H2goesRail project’s hydrogen-powered train.

Revealed today (July 7) Deutsche Bahn and Wystrach are working closely with each other to develop the refuelling system which will consist of a 45ft tank container and a 40ft refuelling station.

The latter includes a 500-bar storage unit, a compressor, a hydrogen precooling system and two sets of refuelling connectors.
