Yara International is continuing to develop the hydrogen value chain with the creation of the “world’s first” carbon-free ammonia fuel bunker network in Scandinavia.
Revealed today (April 1), the bunkering solution will provide a basis to decarbonise much of the maritime industry using ammonia which is primarily created from hydrogen.
This will also be developed through a collaboration between Yara and Azane Fuel Solutions.
