Cipher Neutron to expand its AEM electrolyser technology capability at University of Alberta

Cipher Neutron, dynaCERT and the University of Alberta will collaborate on AEM electrolyser membrane catalyst research, which will be used to produce hydrogen.

The three organisations have entered into discussions on the collaboration, which will see the development of specialised membrane catalysts which can be utilised in Cipher Neutron’s AEM green hydrogen electrolysers, to further increase the production efficiencies.

The research will be carried out at the University of Alberta in Canada and will be endorsed in part by MITACS and Cipher Neutron, as the university intends to continue its MITACS sponsorship.
