Free tours of Aberdeen Hydrogen Centre

The Aberdeen Hydrogen Centre in Scotland will open its doors to the public next month as part of Climate Week North East.

Inaugurated in 2017, the £2.7m station serves the city’s expanding fleet of cars, vans, waste trucks and a road sweeper and was funded by Aberdeen City Council, ERDF, Transport Scotland and Nestrans.

Built, maintained and operated by Hydrogenics and local company NORCO, Aberdeen City Hydrogen Energy Storage (ACHES) is part of Aberdeen City Council’s Hydrogen Strategy – H2 Aberdeen.
