The Swiss-headquartered Hitachi Energy and Sweden-based H2 Green Steel have today (July 20) revealed a partnership to support the industrial start-up in producing green steel.
Collaborating on three main areas, Hitachi are set to provide support to H2 Green Steel with hopes of encouraging the roll out of its green steel products, aimed at decarbonising industrial applications.
For its planned plant in Boden, Sweden, H2 Green Steel will leverage Hitachi’s capabilities to optimise customers’ value chain to plan build, operate, and maintain the power infrastructure, including IT and operational technology.
