French-based green hydrogen specialist, Lhyfe and Nantes-Saint Nazaire Port, France have today (November 21) revealed they have reached a partnership agreement with hopes of establishing large-scale offshore green hydrogen production.
Under the deal, the partners have said they will combine their expertise in exploring the establishment of an offshore hydrogen production supply chain.
Additionally, the collaboration aims to identify port areas and facilities capable of accommodating R&D prototypes, as well as the industrial requirements for the construction of equipment and support infrastructure needed for large-scale offshore hydrogen production.
