German-based Lifte H2 on Tuesday (September 12) announced a European refocus as one of the company’s co-founders acquires the firm and sells its US operations.
Following a management buyout, Paul Karzel, Managing Director and co-founder has become the 100% owner of Lifte H2, and the company’s US operations have been acquired by Powertech Labs.
The US firm will now be led by Angie Ackroyd, co-founder and former chief technology officer of Lifte H2.
