‘New chapter’: Hyzon appoints Parker Meeks as CEO

Parker Meeks has been named as US hydrogen truck manufacturer Hyzon Motors’ CEO after a stint in the interim position.

Meeks was announced as interim CEO last August (2022), after the departure of former director, Craig Knight, and the transition of George Gu to non-executive Chairman.

Since the interim appointment Meeks have been directing a strategic review of the company’s global operations, which led to a reorganisation of European operations under new leadership and ownership structures, as well as exiting from commercial truck operations in China to focus on North America, Europe, and Australia.
