New hydrogen-powered ferry revealed in Japan

A new hydrogen-powered ferry has been revealed in Japan today (August 10) as part of a joint venture between Tsuneishi and CMB.

The hydrogen ferry, dubbed HydroBingo, is the first 80 passenger ferry for commercial use with two hydrogen diesel combustion engines with the vessel significantly reducing the amount of carbon emissions when in use.
