Port of Liverpool to become a hydrogen distribution hub; Peel Ports joins the North West Hydrogen Alliance

The North West Hydrogen Alliance (NWHA) has today (Nov 12) welcomed its newest member – Peel Ports Group with the company identifying a clear role for hydrogen in its operations.

Operating out of the Port of Liverpool and Manchester Ship Canal, UK, hydrogen will be explored for use as an alternative fuel source for heavy plant equipment as well as the strategic location for hydrogen in shipping.
