PowerTap Hydrogen Fuelling and Cleantech Power Corp have entered into a Letter of Intent (LoI) to collaborate on energy project developments.
Under the LoI, the two companies will assess project opportunities enhancing each of its value propositions with customers by combing PowerTap’s hydrogen fuelling technology and Cleantech’s fuel cells and power development projects.
The LoI will ensure the companies will use its best commercial efforts to negotiate a definitive agreement within 180 days, setting out the terms and conditions of the collaboration.
