Proposal to Liverpool City Council could see hydrogen introduced to power part of a mass transit system

Liverpool could be set to benefit from a new mass transit scheme that will focus on zero-emission technologies for public transport – including hydrogen solutions.

As part of a transport report, the Wirral Council’s Economy, Regeneration and Development committee has agreed to ask the Liverpool City Region Combined Authority (LCRCA) to implement the mass transit system.
