Quantron signs LOI to supply over 250 hydrogen-powered vehicles to Mob’Hy

German zero-emission truck manufacturer Quantron has signed a Letter of Intent (LoI) with Mob’Hy for the procurement of 253 hydrogen-powered vehicles as part of a French ecosystem project proposal.

Coming as part of the ADEME (Agence de la transition écoloiguqe) Hydrogen Territorial Ecosystems call for projects, the LOI is hoped to come as a crucial step in developing the hydrogen sector in the Grand Est region.

If successful, the LOI stipulates for the acquisition of the 253 hydrogen fuel cell electric vehicles (FCEVs) for use in Mob’Hy’s ecosystem between 2024 and 2027, bringing the German manufacturer’s technology and Quantron-as-a-Service (QaaS) offering to the French market.
