United Energies breaks the cost barrier for green hydrogen production

United Energies Development Corporation believes it has broken the cost barrier for producing green hydrogen by electrolysing water with a newly developed process that uses classified technology originally designed for NASA.

Based in Arizona, the wholesale industrial retail gas producer and alternative energy company yesterday (3rd Feb) said it believes the process could bring hydrogen production costs down to $1.33 Kg at an electricity cost of $.05 kWh.

The patented and secured method for producing green hydrogen and oxygen in large scale from groundwater and sunlight is thought to represent a great step forward in hydrogen industry’s evolution

Explaining United Energies’ mission statement, the company’s CEO Denis Luz, said, “We are a Hydrogen generation company, which other people do, but it is our process that separates us from our competition.”
