Volvo Group opens its first hydrogen fuel cell test lab

To help meet its goal of being 100% fossil-free by 2040, Volvo Group has opened its first dedicated fuel cell test lab at the Volvo Construction Equipment (Volvo CE) Technical Centre in Eskilstuna, Sweden.

The company announced such opening on Tuesday (May 18), as part of a pioneering investment that will both test and develop hydrogen fuel cell technology solutions.
