UK’s National Grid to trial innovative decarbonisation device that could unlock a booming hydrogen economy

The UK’s National Grid will trial an innovative decarbonisation device that could be key in unlocking the hydrogen economy in the UK.

Developed by Levidian, the company’s LOOP technology uses plasma to separate methane into several different elements including hydrogen which can then be either used immediately or stored for future use.
